Food for Thought

WHAT CAN I COOK? HERE'S SOME IDEAS

For something distinctive try good closed cup mushrooms with:
- Fresh Tarragon, White Wine and Cream
- Horseradish and Crème Fresh
- Feta, Soya Beans, Lime Juice and fresh Coriander

For a more substantial dish fill large flats or portabellos with:
- Caramelised Red Onions finished with Brie (serve with Rocket)
- Roast Butternut Squash, Fresh Basil and toasted Pine Nuts
- A crusted top of fresh Breadcrumbs, Garlic and your favourite Herbs

TIP – part cook mushroom first if filling cooked separately or needs less cooking time

Don't forget the simple classics:
- Mushroom Omelette
- Mushroom Stroganoff
- and good old Mushroom Soup
