Here's a few great ideas to get you started:
For something distinctive try our closed cup mushrooms with:
- Fresh Tarragon, White Wine and Cream
- Horseradish and Crème Fresh
- Feta, Soya Beans, Lime Juice and fresh Coriander
For a more substantial dish fill large flats or portobellas with:
- A Herb and Bacon stuffing topped with a frehly poached egg for a substantial and well balanced breakfast
- Caramelised Red Onions, melted Brie, served with Rocket
- Roast Butternut Squash, Fresh Basil and toasted Pine Nuts
- A crusted top of fresh Breadcrumbs, Garlic and your favourite Herbs
TIP – part cook mushroom first if filling cooked separately or needs less cooking time
