Why sell it of course. It's fantastic for the garden, a great soil conditioner and mulch. Mushroom growing is one of life's full circles. We take from the earth, grow our crop and put back into the earth and who knows what you might grow – a bumper crop of potatoes or a stunning flower border and yes, you may get the odd mushroom thrown in too.
